The platform tracks states only. Manufacturing and shipping are out of scope, and no screen here marks a request paid — that comes from a payment the server verified with the provider.

Decisions the Federation has not made

  • The type, colour and size catalogue — requests are blocked until it is approved.
  • How a kit is priced — there is no price list; an amount is entered per quote and audited.
  • Quote validity — a quote does not expire until a period is set.
  • Whether partial payment is allowed — today, one order for the full amount.
